The absolute icing on the cake? The kids’ club. It was included (though I would’ve paid for it!), and the timetable was so good that Emma and Teddy actually begged to stay longer each day. That’s when you know it’s good.

My favourite spot? The Hyrox zone. They say there’s a fine line between love and hate and Hyrox sits right on it.

Over the years, I felt lost in the ether—through motherhood, a career pause, and a new country. 2024 was the year I found myself again.

Yesterday marks five years since we began our adventure in Muscat. Fast forward, and here we are, still calling this beautiful place home.
